to encourage hair growth? I am trying to regrow after a bad waxing.

It will grow back by itself but you can fill it in using brow liner.

Get an eyebrow pencil a shade darker than your hair color. Fill in your brows with a stencil (you can get them at the store too) until they grow in. It shouldn't take too long at all. Never use products meant for hair growth on your face. You could risk blindness or a serious infection.

time and a eyebrow pencil there is not much you can do except wait. I know that is not that you wanted to hear but I don't know of anything. be patient and use a sharp and chilled pencil that way you can make nice crisp marks and it look more like hairs or even use a small brush and some eyeshadow that matches your brow color.

Rogaine, or Vitatress(nexxus) and next time take a picture of what you want, if you don't get it don't pay.

they will grow just give them time, nothing makes anything grow
