Alot of women obsess about their looks, we never feel we are good enough unless we are conceited. Just tell her that you love her and all this madness is losing out on one on one time. Be gently and tell her that you support whatever she chooses. If she is doing it for herself and noone else, go for it but if she is doing it for you tell her that you see a beautiful woman and you would rather be hanging out with her than seeing her push herself so much. Good luck

Just keep telling her how you feel about her and what she means to you and that you think that she's beautiful. Tell her that she doesn't need to do that extra work out or whatever to impress you. You should be the only person she's doing all that for. and if she's doing it because she's afraid of what other people think, tell her that it shouldn't matter what others think. That you think she's beautiful no matter what. And that you like/love her just the way she is.

Women have a need for earned approval. If you tell your woman she is fine no matter what, all this does is lower your value in her eyes. What type of loser must you be if you don't care what she is like.
Instead, show approval for what she does. Compliment her on her success with working out. Chastise her if she starts getting fat but encourage her in those things she does to improve herself.
She needs to know that they are working. If she doesn't think it is working, she will obsessively increase her efforts or she will stop and be all depressed.

It sounds as though she is totally insecure and suffering from a distorted body image. These things need therapy from a professional.

you have to make her really feel beautiful inside out... dont just tell her, do it... like appreciating her dress, or complimenting her even when she just woke up and haven't brush her teeth,,.. that's the nature of the woman, we want to be the most beautiful girl, and sometimes insecurity is eating up us... but she will get over soon...

carefully check her out. is she bolimic or anorexic some other serious eating disorder where she can not see herself as a pretty person? that is a very serious disorder where people can actually starve themselves or exercise them selves to death. If she continues to do this try to get her to see a phsychologist.

Have you sat her down and just told her the truth? Telling her that she is being ridiculous and it is hurting you?
