Raising one kid I feel is not the best thing to do if you have no financial concerns.
Being the only child means parents can become over protective, spoil the child with too much love, and feel the pain of loss when he or she moves out after a certain age.
From the child's point of view, he misses out on having a sibling to love, to share with, to enjoy with, to learn family values with, and he or she at some point (too early in life) understands what loneliness is all about.
So bring up two and be happy!

First I wan to clear others doubt.
The asker is meaning RAISING by the word GROWING.
Why you all are telling about language. If you do not understand then keep quite, why announcing that you don't understand.
In this world every one is not from America and so all will not speak your language and that does not mean others are wrong.
Now for your question -
Raising two or three kids are easier than one.
Raising more than three is not so easy.

No, Because the love between the brothers and sister will experienced by single one. So it is difficult to grow single kid than growing more than single kid.

It depends on the parents income and what they make of your family either with one kid or with more. Most kids who are only children are lonley then the ones who have sibblings love to hate and fight. so i don't know people grow up fine both ways.

GROWING OF ONE KID:
If any one kid grows he & his parents may be facing some unexpected problesms like........the kid feels alone,he/she want a friend or brother or sister.etc.,
GROWING OF MORE THAN ONE KID :
If there are 2 or more than2 kids on home than than thye may not be feeling alone and they may can grow enjoying & playing each other !
So, i feel that growing more than one kid is more better !.....

well ,
raising one child is easier when it comes to everyday living because thier is less responsibility on your part.
but many parents of only children tend to be overprotective and
that's not good for the child.
