it will be tough but i think it can be done. You will have to do some major exercises and adjust your diet completely. Find a club maybe two different clubs and be active in sports every single day including the weekend. Eat less then you take in. Example would be if your body needs 2000 calories you take in less like 1500 and exercise on top. This is madness and very hard but when i compare my experience to this one its not too far apart. I lost 50 lb in 3 months. It has to do with my job back then which was Valet driver. Its where you have to run like hell hours a day to bring the cars to the customers and back.. in the end i lost so much waight and gained incredible leg muscles. I still exercise every day and keep up the work. WIth time you will see improvements and it will motivate you to keep going. My big motivation is when i open my eyes and look around me..what do you see??.. slim people...yes... most people are slim and good looking so no reason for them to be that way and not me. It works atleast for me. good luck

Everyone wants to look great all the time and that is witshy people want to lose weight fast. The truth is, however, that it is an ongoing biological process that you only have so much control over. The best thing to do - and yes, I speak from experience - is write down a timeline of average and healthy weight loss, then look at the times when you will be going out and want to look your best. Accept that you will be, say, still 20 lbs overweight at so-and-so's wedding and still 15 lbs overweight when beach season hits. Be comfortable with that, knowing that it is part of the bigger plan for your complete future. Get into a healthy eating habit, starting today, and don't give up! You WILL get used to sweets only once a week or a huge turkey and cheese sandwich just now and then. Don't give up! Staying on a sensible weight loss timeline also gives you the much-needed time to adapt yourself psychologically to the changes in your life, which there will definitely be - for the better.

Site below tells why walking will not help but running is bad on joints. So you should power-walk. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.
