You should do the same for your puppy as a parent would do for you, when you were small and helpless..It is a good rule of thumb..if you would take a child to the doctor, then you should take your pet to the vet.
It certainly sounds like a good time to take her to the vet..

Can she walk? Is she moving? If you are concerned that she may be hurt of course take her to a vet right away. For goodness sake, maybe she is really hurt. There are vets available 24 hours a day, check the phone book, or call your local vet for suggestions on where to take her, they usually have an answering service after hours so they can direct you to someone. If it were your child would you take her to a doctor? Of course you would. I don't know about you, but I love my puppy just like my child. Get off the computer, and get her checked out, then you'll sleep better knowing she is ok.

Feel around the area where she got hit. If she winces or whines you may want to take her to the vet. Garage door systems don't actually have that much kinetic energy, especially if it is an aluminum door. It it is a really heavy door (wood or steel), the weight of it was on her head and neck for a brief time and you may want to take her to the vet for an x-ray. Take her right away if she starts to throw up or can't walk straight, which may indicate a concussion.

Definitely take her to the vet. Anytime your pet is sick, injured, or just not acting right, take them to the vet. That's what they're there for. Owning a pet is like having a child...it's a creature that is dependant on your for survival and comfort. If you are not able or not willing to provide these things, then you don't need to take on the responsibility. I'm sure your puppy will be fine, but it's better to make sure.

I think you should look her very close, in case of some estrange symptoms. like vomiting, walking side to side.
try to play with her to look her reaction at least 1 hour, she should play ok if she is not broken inside.
and the most important thing is pray to God he will help u better than any vet, he did help my so many times, trust him.

The panel has been right on the money. If you would take your human child to the doctor to be sure he/she is okay, then you should take the pup. You will sleep better tonight if you do.
