Honesty in a relationship is a bad idea when you have cheated on your partner, tried to hide things from them, or if you lied to them and then tell them the truth.

Leave that "Do I look fat in this dress or jeans" question alone. Pretty much anything you think sounds like a trap like answer, don't be honest. But if its a serious discussion type situation, then elaborate if it could be something to seriously change your relationship.

It's never a bad idea. If you cant be honest, youre either doing something you shouldnt be doing that would hurt the person, or youre just with the wrong person period.

Always be homest unless you are asked something really.... um... like the classic- does my butt look big in this or do i look like a fat ***** in this top. Be supportive at all times & try to be honest.
