For the past 2 weeks i have been feeling really sick. i am always dizzy, feel tired all the time and i get really bad tachycardia. i do have an ulcer so i am not sure if it's from that but i had never felt my heart beating so hard and fast in my throat like i do now. I also feel short on breath when that happens.

Sometimes being dizzy happens when you are pregnant or it can be an inner ear problem. Anxiety can make your heart race and make you short of breath. You need to see a doctor for a check up. Hope you feel better soon.

Panic attack or PAT's premature atrial tachycardia come to mind. When that happens, do a valsalva maneuver, where you take a deep breath, hold it, close your throat and "squeeze" the muscles of your abdomen so the blood vessels in your neck protrude. Let go after three seconds, and blow the air out slowly. In many, if not most cases, this "resets" the heartbeat to a normal rate. If it does not help, you may want to try and get to medical care that has the capability to run an EKG strip while this is happening, if for no other reason than reassurance for you that it is not more severe problem.

PAT's are frequently associated with panic attacks also.

I understand how you feel - I'm in pain from head to toe and their still running tests. I would definitely go to your Dr. ASAP. You could have a blockage somewhere in your chest cavity (endometriosis can occur anywhere in the body), or it could be something as easily explainable as a panic attack (a former co-worker was rushed to the ER b/c he thought he was having a heart attack & it turned out to be anxiety instead). Regardless, get checked out if you haven't had any tests done yet.

Sounds like you have had some heat exaution and you may need to go too your doctor. I would suggest that you do go see a doctor because you are dizzy and having headaches. So please go.
