i was told by someone that if i keep dying my hair as much as i do, it will fall out. i dye it a couple times a month, and have never had the same hair color twice. ive been doing it constantly since i was 15. im 24 now. so is it bad? its not re-dying it, its actually dyeing it different.

It mainly depends on what kind of dye products you use and how good you care ofr your hair in between the dying. I dye my hair all the time too, but my hair is still really ealthy, but I also use a top of the line hair care system.

I don't know that it'll fall out, but constantly dying your hair will damage it in the long run. My mother used to dye hers to cover the grey for like 20+ years and her hair is now thin. I think it depends on if you bleach your hair, and what type of hair dye you use.

Dyeing your hair that often is very damaging to your hair. If you are using bleach often, then yes, your hair becomes very brittle and breaks off. If the re-bleached pieces (at the ends of the hair) turn very blonde/grey and fall off like thread, then you have basically burned those strands off. Dyeing different colors make no difference, really. Its just a matter of using bleach.

Yes it's possible but it depends on whether ur dying or bleaching which is way worse. It also depends on the brand u use. Usually if u stick with one brand of dye you should be alright bc no matter what u've heard all dye is not the same.

I would guess that your hair is severely dry and damaged from being processed so often. I think that eventually it will start coming out because of that. You didn't say if you were dying your hair or RINSING it a different color. Any way that is still excessive. Consult with a beautician if your worried.
