Unfortunately, there are people out there that will hurt you, people you will find you cannot trust, only time will tell who your real friends are, I have had people hurt me and I was friends with them for years. I have a few great friends. As far as a checklist? I guess you have to make one up as you go, because different things hurt different people. A real friend will tell you the truth, but not put you down for your so-called differences, a real friend will be there for you when you are down. Good luck.

Yes, trust your heart.....and your heart is telling you that some people are not good/healthy for you. Something is telling you to beware. When people start to get too close, and you don't feel happy about it, tell them to back off.
Yes you have a right to tell them to back off.
You have a right to feel safe.
Me thinks..........you are choosing and that is a good thing.
Love yourself first..........and make the list of what you love about yourself........what good things are in your mind, and heart. Then you will find yourself admiring those attributes in others.
So make a list of what you want in a person.
And make a list of what you don't want in a person.
Ask the Universe to remove toxic people from your life.
You are the best ....yes, best friend for you!
Only love for yourself will last a lifetime, as others get separated, divorced or die, but your self respect and love stays...I believe to eternity.
Laugh if you want, and that is also a great attribute.

Toast is positive for you, extraordinarily in case you utilize wholemeal/wholegrain or comparable bread. that's what you placed on it that makes it undesirable, which contain jam or butter. If that concerns you, then there are low-fat possibilities for the two! additionally, be careful of the quantity to which you cook dinner the bread. there is an theory that blackened/burned ingredients are cancer causing agents, yet i might have the assumption the possibility became no longer fairly important.

the best thing you can do is search your heart and ask for God's guidance in helping you to seek to understand--you may not see right away but soon enough you will know in your heart the right way to go.

People who have a conscience won't deliberately hurt you for any gain to themselves. People who lack a conscience can easily be tempted to hurt you for any hope of trifling gain.
