My hair is really long (mid back) and its splitting and when I tie it back there are short ones that stick out and are all bent and frazzly. What kind of shampoo is good for stressed and split hair? Yes, I plan on getting a trim...

Big Silky Sexy Hair products are great for frizzy and all natural with coconut oils. Stop using store brands, they contain silicon additives that make your hair appear shinier at first and then they build up and cause your hair to become brittle and break off. Also, try leaving it down more often the rubber bands can cause breakage too.

Actually, try a hot oil treatment like V05 or something similar. After that you may have to go to a salon to find a quality shampoo. I'm sorry that I don't have any recommendations.
