Raining cat is worse.
Dogs will dropped dead from falling. And if it hit you, you are dead already.
Cats will actually turn itself in the mid air and land on their paws. And when you got hit by a cat, it may just grab onto you with it's claws dig deep into you. If you try to get rid of it, it will go really nuts. Think about how many cats you can handle.
