What should I do to allow people to answer my question on 'ASK YOUR QUESTION'?

What is it that I am not doing to allow people to answer my loan question that I posted???

Perhaps it is not possible to give an answer because people don't know which country you are in? It would be helpful if you said you were in UK, Canada, USA, India or whatever.

It may also be that nobody knows the answer.
