Uhh, the 4th dimension is time. It's not a realm.
Example:
1st Dimension is a single line of no width, and varying length.
2nd Dimension is a 'line' or shape with length and depth, such as a square or rectangle, or circle.
3rd Dimension has volume, or to be more specific, length, width, and depth. Like a cube or sphere.
4th Dimension has time. It has length, width, depth, and time. So, since time is linear, a 4D object extends through it at varying lengths, while a merely 3D object lasts but an instance and then disapears.
Your getting dimensions mixed up with realms. What you call the 4th dimension is in Christianity called the 2nd Heaven. (1st heaven being space/sky/etc...)
What is going on in the 2nd heaven, you ask? Well, it's a kind of middle ground between heaven and earth, and many things wander there. In general these 'things' are angels and demons, but you can get more specific and specify what kind of demons and angels are there. Humans sometimes get called into the second heaven, usually in dreams or visions, but I suppose someone might be called literally up there. Ezekiel had a vision I believe, so his spirit left him and went there, but his body remained on earth, whilst Daniel had dreams, and viewed the second heaven while spirit and body remained on earth.
The second heaven is where angels and demons battle over our souls, and for another biblical example, where Michael the archangel(not a demon. 'Arch' as in his rank) was delayed by the (demonic)prince of persia.
Anyhow, much goes on up there, and there's many spiritual battles(whose outcome is usually effected by what decisions we make in our lives) going on up there, as well as messengers of God going and coming from earth and heaven, as well as messengers from satan, reporting to him what's going on in the world. (Satan isn't omnipresent like God)
Something that may interest you, is that since God is God, and whatever He says is fact, He made it so satan cannot interfere with the angels that report to God who are guardians over children. The demonic kingdom cannot hinder their coming and going, and they have immiedeant access to the throne room.

You've asked an interesting question because believe it or not humanity is moving into the Fourth dimension right now and should finish this movement by 2012 (when the Mayan calender ends).
Mother Earth is speeding up and as a result all kinds of quirky things are happening all over the globe. The fourth dimension consciousness is a much higher one than our level three consciousness. Every body's thinking will be global and not ethnic, nationalistic, provincial, etc. You will still have karma to do though. You will get rid of the demons in your unconscious and become more angelic in your thinking and behavior.
Only when you get to the Fifth dimension will you be rid of that.

The fourth dimension is generally believed to be time. You speak as if it is another reality when it is in fact just another facet of our own. It's like taking someone who cannot perceive depth (sees a two dimensional world, if you will) and having them say that the third dimension is a whole different world. No, the third dimension is simply another part of existence.
You have length, depth, and heighth to make up the three dimensions we know so well, but if you can get your mind to drop the notion that a dimension is perceived solely on some measure of spacial interpretation, then it actually makes sense that time is the fourth dimension. If you work a lot with mathematics (especially when you're getting all close and personal with calculus), you can get your brain calibrated to playing with multiple variables, and see not just those xyz variables of space but another of time.
Einstein was said to think in four dimensions (while the rest of us go about our days using only the regular three.) I on the other hand (math geek as I am), think in TNB frames while I'm driving. Vectors can be a beautiful thing while you're navigating a curvy country road and want to anticipate just the right time to accelerate, decelerate, or maintain your speed...

If your talking about Heaven etc. I'm not sure what dimension it is on except a higher one.
----------------
a Little about dims.
1st dim a line ----- forward and back
2nd dim |_ forward and back left and right
This dim is at 90 degrees to the first dim
3rd dim |/_ forward and back left and right up and down
the up and down is at 90 degrees from the other 2
4th dim |/_ + a direction that is 90 degrees to the other 3 but what is that direction?
It is some movement that we can not point to because we are limited to the 3rd dim.
we can see some shadows of the 4th dim. One of the University created a cube out of Plexiglas that when held up to a light will cast a Shadow on a wall of a 4th dim cube. The Shadow seem to be a cube within a cube kinda.
There are several books to read on the dimensions, here is a very good one!

I'm not sure that demons exist in the 4th dimension. They exist outside of dimensional framework. I've heard that they come from a lower plane of existence than us. Demons, supposedly, are the remaining life forms from the universe that existed before our own. They are actually very limited in how they can interact with mankind. They can only harm us as much as we let them. A strong willpower and determination will deter them. Angels are awesome beings and cannot be compared to demons. No one is really sure what the Hel angels really are, but they have no relationship to demons. Angels may be the incarnated sentience of the universe, divided down into it's various parts (galaxies, spiral arms, star clusters, solar systems, stars, planets, blahblahblah). Do you consider aliens or fairy creatures to be demonic or angelic? I thought 4th dimension was related to time.

Uh, it is just one of the 'compacted' dimensions....
Uh, you DO know that there is currently considered to be 11 dimensions don't you?
I guess not - after all, I have never heard someone say "What do you believe is going on in width?" in terms of angels and demons.
But yes, the five iterations of string with 10,10,10, 24 & 10 dimensions each were unified into M-theory with 11 dimensions some time ago.

The 4th dimension is time.
Humans think that they are living in 3 spatial dimensions with this other "time dimension" slapped on. But Relativity says that all 4 of these dimensions are actually the same kind...

The fourth dimension is merely time. Has nothing to do with the supernatural in any way.
The concept of a fourth dimension is one that is often described in considering its physical implications; that is, we know that in three dimensions, we have dimensions of length (or depth), width, and height. The fourth dimension is orthogonal to the other three spatial dimensions. The cardinal directions in the three known dimensions are called up/down (altitude), north/south (longitude), and east/west (latitude). When speaking of the fourth dimension, an additional pair of terms is needed. Attested terms include ana/kata (sometimes called spissitude or spassitude), vinn/vout (used by Rudy Rucker), and upsilon/delta.
Usually, the fourth dimension is identified with time. In this case, the concept of an additional spatial dimension would be referred to as the fifth dimension.

Einstein believed our perception of gravity was simply a warping of the 4th dimension projected onto the three (spatial) dimensions we observe.
The 4th dimension might contain parallel universes for all possible quantum states (many worlds theory), but that's really just conjecture.
