Special K lies to ya....NO STARTCH....NO SUGAR....all the protein you can get, (eggs, cheese, real meat), veggies..no fruit if you can keep from it. LOTS of water....and exercise, exercise, exercise....i lost 7 lbs in 7 days....good luck...i use the adikins diet as a guide. (I've lost 28 lbs in about 4 months)
