We are both in relationships and not really sure if we want to get out of them. We have a good time together. We are neigbors and have children. I am really not sure how I should presue this situation can someone please help?

Well, at least you mentioned getting out of your/his current relationship before getting into another one. Nothing says "you can't trust me" like cheating with someone new. I think you and he need to sit down and talk about it and decide what you want. Best of luck.

You should stay good friends for the time being and then later on when you decide if the relationships that you both are in now are serious or not make a decision on whether or not to get together. Your neighbor could turn out to be just a really good friend/neighbor. Just make sure you keep the childrenas well as your own feelings in mind.

Do you both still love your spouses?
Are your relationships with your spouses becoming intolerable?
If you can't live on with your spouses, both of you get a divorce and then get together.
That is given that your kids are old enough to fend for themselves. And that they understand and support your decision.
Otherwise, both of you should not pursue this relationship any further.
Better that the two of you be unfulfilled than more than four others getting hurt.

stick to fixing the relationship your in already, find out whats lacking there first....if you get involved it will only hurt people especially the children...
