I was once told "If you wouldn't do it in front of your significant other it's considered cheating." Think about why you are going out with your ex, do you still have unresolved feelings for him? Maybe it's time to reconsider the current relationship you're in. If you are deeply in love, and consider this just a 'blip', leave it alone, and be faithful to your current partner.

Sounds like you have already finished one bad relationship. Don't do the same thing here. You should probably take some time just for yourself and then look for the right one. Cheating is cheating and nothing good ever comes from itl.

Gone out how...I mean is it really a date if you guys are just going for drinks or something as friends? Anything you wouldn't do infront of your mate is cheating...I've went out with my ex while I was dating other guys and they knew about it, but we weren't committed...If my ex was to call me and ask me to go out, I might go depending on my mood, but I wouldn't hide it from my boyfriend. There wouldn't be anything to hide.

Gone out romantically? That would be cheating, of course. I have hung out for the day with my ex and our kids and my fiance is completely fine with that. In fact we all hang out together on occasions.

If you still not married.. so wats the problem. People go out all the times!! but be honest to other part if he cannot take it mean he is possesive and not understanding. And you will have more problem thereafter..

Yes, but I told my husband and there was nothing to it - it involved our son and my husband I am married to now who is his stepdad totally understood. I had already been there and done that with the biological father - trust me NOT worth ruining my present marriage over!!!

I agree with "lovetarot."
I have done it. It is cheating, if you are trying to be monogomous and no, i never told, but got caught from a note that didn't get shreded. BAD. VERY BAD.

If it's an innocent outing it's no big deal. But why torture that significant other? Keep your trap shut.
