The ONE true Church was founded by Jesus in 33 A.D.
Who started this church?
Let's see... from their website:
"As a result, Bishop W. L. Lucas separated himself from them and STARTED the True Church of God in Christ."
It's pretty clear, isn't it?? The "True Church of God in Christ" was NOT started by Jesus so it can't be the true church of Jesus.

No, the guy looks really self absorbed....kind of like he rants and raves often. There's no room for all of that if you're knowlegeably and intelligently teaching from the Scriptures.
Plus, I have a real problem with people who call themselves "Bishop" who a) are not Catholic or Protestant (Baptists are not Protestants) or b) pastors of several churches.
AND...any person purporting to have Christian knowledge will know that "now, we see through a glass darkly." It's a unethically ambitious and fraudulent to say call your "franchise" (this one looks more like a business) "The True Church." It's very misleading.

Well, there is the one tiny thing I noticed in the FAQ section which clearly stated that they don't believe that women should be allowed to preach. Now, I am not a femminist, and I have no difficulty in allowing men to open doors for me and carry heavy things. However, believing that women are either incapable or not good enough to preach is incredibly demeaning, as if women were spiritually short-handed, or we are untrustworthy because we were specifically designed by satan to corrupt men. I've been to churches which treat women in exactly that manner, and it is saddening.

I would defintly go to this church because they have a scripture for everything they say. So what they say about women preachers are true

I think I would really enjoy going to this church. It's not my own specific denomination, but I think it would be a lot of fun.
