Mojitos, Pina Coladas, Rum Martinis (pretty tasty), hot rum toddy, I like rum in a Spanish coffee, light rum and tonic w/ a twist of lime, rum and cream soda, any ice cream drink, rum w/ a splash of pom juice, Trader Vic's has this blue drink w/ rum - can't remember the name (heaven in a glass), Mai Tai, iced tea w/ rum, iced coffee w/cream-sugar and rum....let your imagination take it away

Captain Morgain is good as it is. Put it in beer and it makes it even better. Rum and coke is good too.
