The point of waiting is to (a) get to know each other a bit before jumping in the sack, (b) allow time for a discussion about sexual health issues, to avoid getting an STD, and (c) preserve your reputation (I mean what self-respecting woman wants to be known as an easy lay?!?).

Gees forget romance or even knowing each others name just go for it! How sad to miss all the anticipation. I vote for making love and not sex, they are two totally different things. Besides in can save money or a hooker if he gets it free than he can spend the money on a women he really wants for so much more than a lay!

Guys are douche bags. They think women are slutts if they put out on the first date, but then they'll also ignore them sometimes if they don't put out. It's a huge double standard. I think guys are whores for putting out on the first date too. It shows me that sex is really all they care about and that they probably have 3 kids by 3 different baby mama, and they most likely have herpes. So if a guy wants to get it on on date one.. then I send them away.

I don't know...I slept with my husband on our first date and we have a very healthy trusting relationship. I have dated guys who wanted more of a challenge. I didn't understand though...if they didn't want me to sleep with them then why did they apply the moves? Freaking reverse psychology crap.

If it "cracks" that easy it isn't worth much. You'll also associate yourself as the Big Conquerer of...anyone's prize. (She must hate you) hmm? You may then start to look at her other "less" qualities. Once you do that, those qualities will be reflected on YOU! Will she trap you like she wants to?

... to guys its a big deal cause they think you are cheap and easy if you sleep with them on the first date...........and waiting gives guys more comfort knowing that you have self respect....
