When we work together he will come up and start rubbing my shoulders,nothing more, and then I return the favor when he is doing something and we exchanged numbers since school was starting..Thanks 4 ur help!

If you work with him...Its not a good idea to date him
Why?
Because your relationship comes to work with you.
What if you have a fight?
Its at work too.
And it does sound a bit like harrasment. Its not a favor he wants somthing. And he is opening himself up for more then love.Its against the law to fondle a fellow employee in any way and should not be in the workplace

you mentioned "work" (?) i hope you are not a teacher and he/she is a student...sounds a bit shady.
