its not racist to be against illegal immigration infact quite the opposite. a study was released a couple of days ago concerning the poverty level among american citizens had increased...why, because jobs they were willing to do were already taken by you guessed it...illegals. personally i have no problem with immigrants coming here to make a better life for themselves, as america is the greatest nation on earth thats why we have so many wanting to come here...but at least they need to registre and pay taxes and give back to the country they are taking from. they receive free healthcare, financial aid, education and tax free wages while the rest of us legal citizens have to pay. it was even voted on that now they can get social security, my grandparents may not be able to but they can ! their argument for not registering is that they are afraid of deportation....how many illegals have you heard of being deported recently....very few and only those because of criminal activities. the thing is where i live we have the largest illegal hispanic population in the country and they can go right downtown to the immigration office and the officers there will walk them right through the immigration process...i know i work with illegals who have done this. the common feeling among illegals is the rich, white americans can well afford them being here and taking from them and if you think they hate us just ask them how they feel about african americans...they detest them, they think they are less than dogs. i have never heard such racism from one group as i have from hispanics concerning african americans...even the kkk sounds tame comparatively. what really galls me is that not only are they getting all these free services but they protest against us and say they are demanding their rights ! its not fair what is being done to the american people not only by the illegals and the greedy companies who hire them but also by our own government for standing up for us....nah, you're not racist for believing illegal immigration is wrong and unfair...you're a patriot.

Right on JP.
One thing illegals fail to ever consider is that fact that we have been sending good manufacturing jobs to Mexico for almost 2 decades now.
As a buyer, many of my suppliers have been shipping product out of their Juarez and Matamoros plants for almost 20 years. Cheap labor and on environmental laws are the two big reasons.
So let's face it, the jobs are there for them if they want them. It's just that Mexico is not a great place to be for most of these illegals.
But the ugly truth is that they don't want to be Americans. They want to be Mexicans who live in America.
That's a big difference from the waves of other immigrants who came to this country and became Americans. Germans, Italians, Irish, English, Scots-Irish, Eastern Europeans, Northern Europeans, and Asians - one come all they have become American Citizens.
But Mexicans are just on an extended work holiday here in the US.
We should solve the problem by annexing Mexico and then they could all go home.

You're about halfway to a real understanding of racial politics. You have begun to catch on to the fact that the media can take a idea that's so wrong it's silly (such as the idea that it's "racist" not to support illegal immigrants) and, with clever TV propaganda tricks, get most of our country believing it.
Now, take that same insight one step further.
Who told you that being a racist is a "bad" thing? Did you ponder the matter with Socrates? Or did the feeling that racism is bad just kind of rub off on you from the TV set, just like the feeling that we should support illegal immigrants rubbed off on lots of other Americans?
You were smart to catch the Jewish media at their tricks even once. They're very good propagandists. Slick. They hardly ever make a serious mistake, except the overuse of restatement (saying the same thing several times, just to make sure the audience knows how it's supposed to regard a person or an event).
But now that you've caught them at it, think back over the years and try to remember when someone proved to you that racism was bad. You can't, can you? It's one of those things that "everybody knows," just as, in ten or fifteen more years, everybody will "know" that it's our duty to support illegal immigrants.

The media focuses heavily on the Mexican population that is here illegally. I don't think it's fair to single one group of people out so much. It sends a false impression to our country and creates an unfair picture of Mexicans. A good example of misrepresentation would be, If you think of a Terrorist, you immediately think of Arabians or people from the middle east. There are plenty of terrorist that live here in America, but they don't get the same label or exposure.

You are not being racist in any way form or shape. We Americans don't go into another country to work or stay without getting the proper papers and visas and doing it legally. Why do we as Americans not have the right to expect immigrants from another country to enter our great country in the same manner.

They are not all Mexicans. Illegal immigrants are a problem period. No matter where they are from. Mexicans just come here to make a little money to take home. The ones who are a problem come through Mexico and are from all over.

Just so you know, the United States of American is founded on this premise. "We are a nation founded on laws!"
As an American citizen I have no problem with Hispanics immagrating to the United States of America.
In fact I support them doing so just so long as they abided by the rules to do so.
If Hispanics wish to become citizens of my country all they have to do is follow the rules to become legal citizens.
Soy un americano que apoya la inmigración hispánica legal.
Tener diversión pero ser seguro.

Right on Kermit M. One reason they are coming here is because the dope dealers & pimps own most of the Mexican government. Most of the ones that come here illegally are not equipped to handle the good manufacturing jobs that are available there.

You're a racist these days if you don't automatically kiss a minorities backside. Being a minority is the greatest crutch in the world. All you have to do is cry and whine to get what you want.

Their cry of 'Viva la RAZA!!' is a give-away. Racism, pure and simple.
While American whites, blacks, latinos, asians, natives, etc. demand enforcement of border laws, the Aztlan movement wages a hostile invasion and makes no secret of it.
This is about defending our nation's existence, not about race.
