I study architecture, i have to get lots of work done in four days, but my body cant keep up, im sooo tired. My doctor says i cant drink any caffeine. What can i do...

there are some Herbal teas that have ginseng and guarana. Sobe is a brand that has that. If you are really sleepy this won't keep you awake very well though. You would need something like ephedra or epinephrine. There are some over-the-counter so-called "asthma" medicines that are really bought for staying awake. People buy them when they work graveyard shifts or want to party all night. These can be dangerous if you have any kind of heart condition, so I wouldn't recommend them.

Hey, try taking power naps during the day, then theres the sugar rush (but u have to factor in the "crash"), then there's excerise right before about 10 minute burst will give you energy. Protien based drinks can help, and wheatgrass shots from Jamba Juice.

there's not a lot of choices. you could always try drinking caffeine free soda so you'll pee a lot which will kind of keep you awake.

i would eat some cereal or eat something that has plenty of iron--good food will keep you up. Eat some Total cereal or spaghetti.
