My english teacher asked me to tell in one setence how my summer was. I plan to respond, "My summer led me down a path of contemplation, a road unto my education, occupation and future' alas a future that has yet to be found... waiting to be found'

What would be the age equavilincy for my response...

It almost sounds as though you are a student of SWAMI CHIDANANDA writings. You did a very good job with your writing, I am proud to see such thought at such a young age. As for your age question, I have one daughter who is currently 14 and could have written the same words at your age. My other daughter who is 13 will probably be another year or so to get to that level. It really depends on your reading and language levels and how you are conversed with at home. Also consider if this language usage is within your normal scope of linguistics as to whether it is appropriate for you or not. If it is I would say it could be considered as age appropriate for you and give you a sweet pat on the back for your use of words. Most people do not reach that level of thought for a few more years and you seem to be a very bright young lady. Your parents and teachers as well, should be very proud of you. Best of luck ; )

I like it and Think it is good. However I think that it may be something that is for a Sophomore or Junior to write. Looking at your age I don't believe that your teacher expects that deep of a thought to your sentence. It is good however.
