Because its not about Hell or Heaven..and Satan won't go to either place cuz neither exists the way we have concieved through man's traditional interpretation. The heavenly host have been given as created an immortality. We humans are not immortal. We don't have each of us little spirits that float around after death or are deligated for heaven or for "hell". When you are dead you are dead and you cease to exist. The Bible refers to us more as vessels. We can contain evil spirits or The Spirit of God..they often battle inwardly over us (conscience) and either one side or the other will win as it comes to making decisions. It is only by the Word of God that we recieve the Holy Spirit and the atoning blood of Christ. The spirits of God (Angels as we know them) minster to us outwardly while the Spirit of God indwells. The evil spirits (demons) attack inwardly and from without and while they are pervasive whoever has the Spirit of the Living God has the one true advocate that will prevail and can rebuke these spirits. Just as in the Book of Matthew 8

28And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

29And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

30And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.

31So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.

32And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

Satan and his demons are destined at the day of Judgement to be cast into the abysmal depths of darkness far from Gods light and anyting much to do with existance. Then later after the new heaven and new earth are created he is to be allowed out for a time of testing...he will not make it through the next time because all those belonging to God have already made their decision to obey and to trust the Word of God during this lifetime and are willing and desiring to have the mind of Christ. There will be no one that lingers for eternity in a fiery lake of sulfer and brimstone..that is a false teaching. The earth and all its contents that do not belong to God on that last day will see destruction..annhilation complete and utter. However, Satan lost the day on the cross and his time is short...

Revelation 12
11They overcame him
by the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony;
they did not love their lives so much
as to shrink from death.
12Therefore rejoice, you heavens
and you who dwell in them!
But woe to the earth and the sea,
because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
because he knows that his time is short."

Satans very nature has become all about himself. He sought to position himself above God and took a third of the host of heaven with him in his rebellion againt Jesus (Yeshua the Messiah) Christ. No one knows all the details but there are apocryphal books that speak a little more on it. So, he could seek forgiveness all he wants but the sincerity would be lacking and as well, you have to understand..they had their chance...and Jesus is unwilling to spare even one of us to that devil Satan ever again. The whole point to this is to determine who by free will can and will choose to be called to be Sons of God. I'm not saying that hell is not real...but it should be translated as "death" or the "grave" like the origional term "sheol" means..not hades, underworld, Dante's Inferno kind of Hell..that is based on a Norse pagan concept and is not of scripture..the closest to it is when Jesus talks of being cast into the Lake of Burning Fire...or Gehenna (a burning garbage heap outside of the Hinnom Valley) which was literal place He used as allagorical
reference to the final destruction of the world. I have this whole thing written on it if you are intersted....just email me. Love in Christ, ~J~ <><

Lets see here, you sin and they send you to Hell and Satan runs things. That being the case why wouldn't you get the royal treatment since Satan is running things.Truth of the matter is that the concept of Hell grew after the satire Dante's Inferno - a play from the middle ages. A Jehovah's Witness was telling me about the Gates of Heaven and the streets being paved with gold. My response was why would they need a gate? That implies there is a fence around heaven. Now who is going to try and break in. Also what exactly do you drive on those golden streets anyway? He didn't even leave behind a Watchtower.... ;(

The idea that Satan is currently bound in hell is a false one. Read the book of Job (ok, its a little depressing, so if you want, look at Job 1:6,7 and Job 2:1,2). Satan goes between heaven and earth. He will not be bound until the second coming of Christ at the battle of Armageddon, and then he will be bound for 1000 years and then let loose again (Revelation 20:1-3). At the end of the 1000 years he will be let loose, gather a great army, and come against Christ at Jerusalem. At that point he will be tossed into the lake of fire forever (Revelation 20:7-10).

If we are under illusion, we feel good in hell. Otherwise no one could survive there. That is the arrangement of Supreme Lord's material energy. Even on this planet there are many places like hell, but some people think they are happy there. Actually for those who are not under illusion, even the best places of this material world seem like hell, because practically every place here is devoid of devotion to the Supreme Lord. However, places where people sincerely and with love and devotion worship the Supreme Lord, belong to the spiritual world, although they may appear to be situated here.

First of all, Hell is not where the Devil is right now. You need to read the Bible. He rules this planet. If you read where he tempts Jesus you will see that Jesus rebukes him for trying to get Jesus to bow down and worshiping him. Jesus did not rebuke Satan's claim of ownership of the Earth being offered.
Lucifer, or Sah tahn (adversary) has made his choice and can't change that, just as the angels chained in the darkness of the Abyss have made their choice. Hell used to be just another word for the grave, or sheol. The real torment will be much worse. No presence of God at all. That is what Jesus had to experience in payment for our sins before He ascended to God the Father. That made the payment for our sins paid in full. That is the true death.

The devil was not a person. He was an angel and now a fallen angel. That's what Hell was created for, Satan and his followers. But if a human being refuses to accept Jesus as Savior then that is their destination also. And no one can or could return from Hell except for my Savior Jesus Christ, who defeated Satan and Death and walk back out alive again!

Satan's end has already been determined. The bible is like, well, it's like all of time in our hands. It tells us the beginning of our earth, Genesis....it tells us the history of a nation, Israel, and about the Messiah, Jesus, and about the gospel being given to the gentiles..and then the last book in the bible, Revelation, tells us of things to come. What is written in there will happen, and satan will be cast into the lake of fire, just as it says.

Satan sealed his fate when he rebelled against God. He was in the VERY presence of God....and still rebelled. Now, he is pure evil. There is nothing to feel sorry for; this entity isn't sorry about anything he's done, and he has stolen, killed and destroyed lives for thousands of years.

Satan has already received his final judgment. His intention was to become God and rule in Heaven. He is angry at God. That is why he wants to take down as many humans that God loves as he can. Hell will be a bad place because it is complete separation from God and all of His blessings for ever and ever. Satan knows this. But, the battle between him and Jesus for us has already been fought and won by Jesus. If we accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior.

The devils sin is unforgivable, he is the darkness. He wants to be as God and be worshiped. Hell is a place where your new spiritual body will suffer. the body will burn but not be consumed. The worm will not die. there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. No water , horrible smell. Darkness and eternal separation from God.

Why doesn't satan want to go to heaven?

FOR THE SAME REASON YOU DON"T GET TO GO....because God won't let you in ...since YOU have not repented of SIN...
Get it ?? You can't be that stupid, can you?
God won't allow evil into heaven...
neither people who LIKE YOU who have rejected the truth...

It is YOUR choice so YOU have to live with the consequences..

It's an ego thing. Basically, that's what hell is all about. People don't want to be near a God and want to be king of their own little pile of.....stuff. I think Milton put it pretty creatively in Paradise Lost: "Better to rule in Hell, than serve in heaven....."
