I live in a place where women don't have freedom to go outside and talk with men. The only place you will meet girl are on the street while the are going to their scholls or bazar.

Notice the little things that guys don't normally pay attention too, be complimentary, make eye contact, always acknowledge them and let them know how interested you are in them. women love to have a mans undivided attention.

I got an idea.
You open your own shop that serves only women or ladies. Then you have all kinds of women coming to you for service or merchandise. You have to talk to them for buisness and romance.

set back and listen as much as possible...... think watch to see who is checking you out....... finally then you make your move but time it right..... it right cause if she is with friend, you stand a good chance of getting shoot down..... best to try to walk her to school or home
