could it possibly be vertigo. cause i always need to hold on to something or i just collapse.

i dont stand up fast, because when i move to get up at all, i fall back over cause that's when it happens. and my reflexes are ******, so i dont move that fast.

It is blood pressure related, sometimes when you stand up quickly, your blood pressure suddenly drops...get checked out, this could be fatal

It's low blood pressure. I have the same problem. I keep a very low blood pressure and if I get up to fast, I feel like I am going to faint. Make sure your drinking enough water because dehydration can cause this as well. It takes a while but you have to keep reminding yourself not to make sudden movements. Get up slow, and don't turn around fast either.

If you have had a head injury recently this can occur. It could be from low blood sugar or high blood pressure or an inner ear infection. Either way you should see a Doctor. You could pass out and fall and injure yourself severely.

better see a doctor, or monitor your blood pressure, get a physical checkup, make sure they check your ears & your heart
