Siente means to feel

El se siente mal = He feels bad
Ella se siente bien = She feels good

Ella siente que hizo un buen trabajo = She feels she did a good job.

or it could be...sientese (it means sit down)
and could be ...siente ese ruido! (hear that noise!)
