the reason he calls you at work and he continues to do so is because you allow it. set boundaries, tell him you are unwilling to speak to him while you are working. if he still calls, then don't answer. there are no victims only volunteers. trust me i used to be a super volunteer!

Love, i think he considers you a trustworthy cousin and friend. Imagine what he must be going through. He must be facing something very oft to call you every now and then. WHo else can he rely on, thats whats hes thinking, so be nice and consider his feelings, maybe you could tell him how you feel but at the right time and place. He may understand but he currently feels that you are the only person he can lean to and trust with his problems so be good and try and understand him better.

.You are probably the only person he trusts and can confide to.Such people can be very draining at times so use the caller ID or better yet, tell him to stop calling cause your boss doesn't tolerate personal calls anymore. If that doesn't work either, cut him off very short everytime he starts to complain and tell him duty is waiting. After a few times, he'll get tha message.

Ok, here it is, tough guy: he's your problem. Take the bull by the horns and tell him yourself. Mean it this time. Refuse his calls, hang up when he calls, don't involve perfect strangers in a smear campaign. No matter how much he whines, you couldn't fix this yourself and you just told the world he is a big baby. That's not nice, and not fair.

Why don't you tell him that if his life is so bad to get up off his *** and get a job and stop bothering you at yours!
We shouldn't have to e-mail him to stop being a baby, you need to be blunt and have him stop calling you at work. Work is not the place to have lengthy conversations about life unless you're a psychic.

Tell him you'll call him when you get home. When you get home, call him and tell him that you love him cuz he's your cousin but not to call you at work with the drama. Then take him out for a cocktail and let him know he may need a therapist.

because he feels he has a good relationship with you. he must cherish you i guess but if the feeling isn't that mutual, don't answer your phone or tell him that he's bein an inconsiderate jerk and if he doesnt lay off, he wont be allowed to even chat wit u.

Because he needs attention and you are giving it to him everytime he calls you. You should affirm yourself and not letting him sucking up your energy keep it for you.
