Outback wins for steak (and the bread and bloomin onions) but Ruby Tuesday has the best burgers.

Outback for sure. Bloomin onion, Fosters, and a 20 oz Porterhouse. Good times.

Outback always, but I don't eat the steak. I love their coconut fried prawns and the chopped salad with the sweet nuts in it, to die for!

These are both two of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten in.
Outback uses cheap select steaks and they salt the hell out of it to provide flavor.

Ruby Tuesday sucks too. Their burgers are half way decent.

Try to stay away from chain restaurants. You picked two dogs.

I would select neither restaurant, honestly. I hope you are under 22 years old, you need to expand your dining experiences, food doesn't get much worse than this. I suppose your next question will be TGI Fridays vs. Red Lobster! Right?
