Hmm.
No I disagree.
Dictionary.
No.
I think that many people have a misunderstanding of Christianity.
Way too many people go around saying that they are Christians.
It's overused.
Religion.
Look that word up in your dictionary.
Also overused.
A set of beliefs.

Well, good luck.
I'm not sure what your question actually is or where it came from.

Yes, Christianity IS a religion but use caution, there are too many hyppocrites out there.

Peace.

I'm a Christian, and I don't call Christianity a religion. Religion is man's attempt to clothe himself in holiness, to reconcile himself to God, and religion is always a failure. Mans first attempt at religion was in the Garden of Eden. After sinning, Adam and Eve clothed themselves in fig leaves, in an attempt to cover their sin. God replaced their fig leaves with skin of animals, showing that by the shedding of innocent blood, your sins are covered.

Today, our fig leaves are church attendance; altruism; doing good works; church rules and ordinances, such as not smoking or drinking. These are all good things, but if we do them to reconcile ourselves to God, we're negating Christ's atoning sacrifice on the Cross.

Please visit a few members of the Clergy from various Christian denominations, or go to a few websites and get a grounding in actual factual Biblical Christian doctrine. This will save you from having to post so many ridiculous uneducated, fact twisting questions about the culture and its beliefs. (Not to be converted, just to be informed.)

OH BUT WAIT! You don't wish to be informed, you really only post to mock and take cheap shots. Besides facts might interfere the truth as you wish it to be!

NEVER MIND!

No, I'm pretty sure my mom says it's a religion too.

It is a religion. It merely takes on some of the characteristics of cults.
