that is his polite way of saying no without hurting your feelings maybe he doesn't want to lose your friendship. Stop asking him if he wants to go out with you he will come to you and either tell you yes or maybe he wants to be the one to ask you. Just give him time and space. If you were meant to be together it will all work out but if you keep hounding him he is going to think you are crazy. Just chill Ma. Let him come to you.

Umm to be honest after the 2rd time I would have been like forget it because it's a yes or a no and he's not the only guy out there but if they are are saying "I don't know" then they probably mean no and are just being polite about it as to not hurt your feeling but I guess you wont know unless you just come out and ask him straight up again and see what he says

I would just leave him alone b/c if he wanted to go with you he would have gave you an answer along timw ago.
