I don't want to spread discouragement but.....that damn fence looks more like a ladder to me! Hell I'm getting older than dirt and could take that "fence" on a bad day and still have enough energy to..... well you know, lol.

They put up better fences in dog pounds. But it is changing more and more-the people are demanding more and I think more will be done.
