Learn to meditate, and do it often. You must become grounded and intune with the energy of the Universe. It will help to go vegetarian or at least give up red meat. Visualization can be practised while in a medatative state by using quartz crystals or water in a black bowl to gaze into. A word of warning, sometimes being psycic, ain't all that much fun. Things come through that you may not want to know, and you can't always tune in to what you want. Good Luck!

everybody has a psychic ability. just some are more developed then others. I also have dejavu and visions but most of mine occur when i am about to go to sleep. i also see things like black cats and people that aren't really there physically. if you want to develope the ability further. just sit somewhere comfy and relax every part of your body while making sure you don't let any other thoughts into your mind. If you want, when you are at the peak of relaxtion open your eyes and look at a picture of a friend or family member (just their face will do) for 10 second then you close your eyes and picture them untill the image changes. it's called claireaudience.

Odds are with the other things that are happening you are highly intuitive. A few tings to keep in mind is that "you get what you get" with your intuition. You may not want the info you get at times, and it doesn't help if you question what you get no matter how bizarre it is.
When the phone rings 'tune into' who you think it is. Tell people you are close to that you want to develop this skill and offer them "readings". The thing is PRACTICE!
Also, keep a journal of your dreams and over time look at what they reveal to you. There are a lot of books out there to help you decide what the dreams are about but go with your gut level feelings over ALL ELSE!

Typically, like me, you are born one.
Sometimes it takes a while for your gifts to develop.
I'm 19 now and im still learning.
Visions in the dreams and d'ej'avu are things that alot of non-psychic people have also. Other things to look out for is, knowing the end of conversations, levitating objects, Spirit communication and a general "different" feeling.
Don't go jumping to conclusions untill you know for sure.

You have to study hard and prepare for the PEA (Psychics Entrance Examination). If you score in the top 15%, you can then apply for admission to the DOPE (Doctorate of Psychic Entropy) program at either Harvard or Princeton. If you make it through that program, you have to pass the P-CATS (Psychic Creditation and Testing Service) boards to become one. Then you need to finalize the process by eating a soup made of 1/4 of a ouija board, 2 tarot cards, 1/2 ounce of crystal ball shavings, and one tincture of bat poop. Good luck!

If you wanted to buy things I could tell you how to become a psychic. Nothing in life is free. That includes learning how to spot rubes and cold read them for profit.

some of the most intuitive people I've ever met:
didn't eat sugar.
or meat.
were able to work through their "stuff" through therapy and other places so that they were completely and totally present to the moment.
asked a lot of questions.
very observant --and when someone's behavior changed could tell. . .
had a strong belief in and relationship with God.

effort. you need to learn relaxation to the point of being able to tune out all other things. you need to exercise each of your senses, including that one. you need to learn to listen to your intuition. the more you use it, the stronger it gets.
if you're looking for a fast track, overnight result, it's not going to happen. unless you're born open the only way is to work on opening it. also consider why you want to be psychic anyway. it's not as glamorous as it seems, and for many can be a hindrance than a help. it also simply may not be your strength. i'm a healer/guardian/guide, not a seer. not my strength and i have no desire for it to be. i don't need that gift, i have my own. consider yours before you attempt to take on something that may not be suited to you.

learn to meditate. you can check out books and tapes from the library. there are internet sites on how to meditate. meditation will help you learn to understand and control the visions. this will take a lot of practice and dedication on your part. you are already psychic, now you must decide if you want to develop this gift.
