Sounds like pregnancy to me. Get yourself checked out first, and then try exercising more and checking out shifting your diet a bit so that where you might have been having sugar before, you're taking in protein. I'm not saying all out low-carb, but just watch the sugar, it can do the most damage to your body and will cause you to start putting on the pounds if nothing else will.
I'd suggest also doing a bit of research on just how much of what is in the various types of foods you eat. Some may surprise you. Take vegetables for example, mom always told you they were good but potatoes are full of carbs and hardly offer the sort of nutrients you need to even begin to make up for the bad it can do to your blood sugar levels. So, not to say all vegetables are bad, but don't assume anything. Just because you've heard its good for you, doesn't mean it or everything in that category necessarily is.
So start doing your homework on your various food groups and try upping the amount of exercise you do. I'd recommend bicycling if it's possible, since it'll help tone your legs but it won't damage your knees the way running can.
Please Note: no matter how many crunches or sit-ups you do, it probably won't make your belly fat disappear. Even a perfect six pack can be hidden under fat. The point of crunches or sit-ups is to tone, not lose the fat. The fat loss will come from exercise, pure and simple, and the boost it gives your metabolism. If it's simply weight loss you want, just find an exercise that works and keep it up (some sort of cardio work will do you good since you're young and still in relatively good shape, meaning you can start doing things now that'll really help you in the future.) But I'd suggest that you put emphasis on loosing the weight before worrying so much about what your belly looks like, since it's not until you have the weight off that you'll be able to see much of a difference in muscle definition. So do crunches if you like, but understand that it's just plain exercise itself that'll help the most, not so much which part of the body you're working.
But again, just check on the pregnancy issue, since how you should begin to possibly change your diet and/or exercise will be different if you are in fact pregnant. Good luck!

the rationalization many females in simple terms benefit 15 pounds, is because they don't look eatting healthful, determining wayyyy to troublesome, or in basic terms not eatting adequate. lower back in the 60s and 70s they suggested now to not realize more beneficial than 15 pounds, and in case you probably did they could positioned you on A weightloss application even as pregnant, which now have stumbled on that's totally risky, and can make your toddler come out with issues. Gaining 25 to 35 pounds is typical. Which maximum of that weight is lost excellent once you've the toddler. so even although, you benefit 25 pounds. about 15 of it even as be lost once you've the toddler. It really sounds like you are pregnant. Some women get pregnant and still have their periods. Be sure you get that checked. If you know that you aren't, then a quick workout everyday(about 15 minutes) and try to eat low calorie foods. For the workout, may I recommend ti-bow. Not sure if that's spelled right, but that workout is just fun!
