I believe Taco Bell is healthier, but more expensive. McDonalds adds things to their product to make them more addictive. Although cheaper, I find the health effects puts it at the low end of the two. I go with Taco Bell.

Good question... I'd have to say McDonalds because of their FRIES!!!! lol Their burgers are ok but mainly i'll go there for the fries. One time my sister and I bought the fries from McDonalds and then bought a whopper from burger king. It was a whole lot cheaper than buying a combo. We had sodas at home so... Taco Bell is ok, but they barely give you anything for your money's worth. Their chicken quesidillas look like flat pancakes and for a meal there it costs about the same as it would at McDonalds.
So there's my imput on your question, hope that helps =)

McDonald's vision is to be the world's best quick service restaurant experience. Being the best means providing outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value. They're always coming up with healthier and new menu items. new The new concept is called McDonald’s "Everyday Gourmet", and the menu includes chicken camembert with bacon and apricot sauce, broccoli and roast potatoes; braised lamb shank with mashed potatoes, carrots and courgettes; and other variants on this theme, including thai chicken, roast pork loin, baked hoki and pesto chicken pasta. As well as this, the meals can be ordered chilled, ready to be taken home and heated at leisure. Picking up one of these from the drive-through cannot help but be more convenient than the supermarket.

Definitely Taco Bell. They give away coupons for two for one items, and the food is tastier. I go to Taco Bell and eat for about $2.00 for lunch. I cannot afford to eat at McD's everyday nor like the food from their dollar menu. Wendy's has the best dollar menu food, but you didn't ask that.

I would watch behind the counter and see how the food is being prepared. Are gloves worn, is hair tied back does everyone speak the same language to communicate what is ordered. and served. And are the restrooms clean. How many times have you driven up to the window and not been able to understand the person taking your order or get the wrong order. Or the wrong change. Or you go inside and wait while someone is translating your order to someone who just does not get it? Easier to just come home and make a sandwich out of left overs.!

I haven't ate "Junk food" in quite a while. Not that I have anything against it--just not in the mood.
Today I got that urge. I passed all the Fast Food restrauants and zeroed in at McDonalds.
I have their Quarter Pounder, Fries and Soda. and no, I didn't think the calories. I don't do it often.
