Rinse your mouth with a solution of ½ water, ½ peroxide every other day, and in between just rinse with salt water.

Has always worked for me!

If money is no object, then at the drug store buy Glyoxide. Or ask at the drug store what they have for mouth sores. There should be a few. It will be some sort of peroxide mixed with something sweet to taste good. But if you already have some hydrogen peroxide, pour some in a small bowl and get a q-tip and keep putting drops of it on the sore till it fizzes and turns white. If it does not fizz, then the peroxide is flat and throw it away. The white coating will protect the nerves from the rest of the mouth and stop the pain. Look at it from time to time and put on more drops. It tastes terrible. Do not swallow it. You can even gargle with half peroxide and half water, but be ready to fizz out into the sink and do not swallow it. Good luck.
