I eat mostly meat, salads, and fruits. I don't know the last time I bought a loaf of bread, its been 3 months since I had a brownie, and I now feel healthier than I did 5 years ago.
I do, however, treat myself once in a while, but don't allow myself to fall back into my old, bad, eating habits.
I went on vacation to Jamaica in May, and did allow myself to eat any and everything I wanted. I was surprised when I got on the scale on my return. I hadn't gained a pound! I can only credit it to all the swimming I did.
Thats my story. No guilt.

I take in around 1500 calories a day, only eat sugar free or no sugar added "junk food", and drink diet sodas. I aim to eat healthy meals (a lot of healthy choice and lean cuisine), and absolutely LOVE sweet potato fries with low sugar ketchup. Sometimes I mess up (grilled chicken and tomato pizza from Papa John's.....YUM!), but that helps kick up your metabolism up as long as it is limited to only once a week or so. It is really about moderation and self discipline. So.....what size are you, miss high and mighty?

I try to eat very little meat; lots of fruits and veggies; lots of water and green tea; sometimes a Slimfast shake or bar (or a Balance Bar); salads with only vinegar or lemon juice on them; cereal with low or non fat milk, etc.

Sometimes I do eat a Subway Sub - and very occasionally McDonalds/Burger King/Wendy's/Taco Bell, etc. - but less than once a month - same goes for pizza.

I drink diet soda; juices; tea; decaf, etc.

I eat a well balanced diet. I eat almost no junk food. almost never eat candy. I love fruits and vegetables a little meat. Lots of water, milk, dairy products--I love dairy, breads (yummy), I almost never drink pop and never never drink diet pop that makes you fat too much sodium!
The secret is that whatever you eat, eat everything in moderation and don't junk it up Eat real foods!.

its different for everyone. Everyone has a unique genetic makeup and some people can get away with eating whatever they want in moderation and not gain weight. For me, I am constantly exercising and I do get to eat whatever I want but I choose to eat healthy a majority of the time so I can eat whatever I want when I want.

I eat ice cream and dunkin donuts everyday. I am 5 foot and weigh 89 pounds. I also drink 3liters of soda a day. As well as whatever else i want to. I dont starve myself and i dont eat healthy. I love every minute of it. I am proud of my appetite for sweets and my beautiful body.

Mmmm...Fried okra, banana popsicles, cantaloupe, french fries with honey mustard, and Chick-fil-A. I have an addiction to Chick-fil-A.

I have a very healthy diet. I just eat too much. :) It's not WHAT you eat, it's how MUCH you eat.
