Hm, I had chicken pox when I was 10. Luckily, It was summer then so I didnt have to go to school. I know it's yucky and ****. But yeah, everyone has to deal with it at least once in life. Hit your doctor up and ask for some medication. There's no way u can hide those bumbs or scars. They'll go away after a week. Good luck

Chicken pox is a viral infection spreads by droplet nuclei ( through respiratory tract). You got it from your brother. Dont worry. Your doc will start some antiviral medicines which will decrease the symptoms.
What you can do till then is.... Stop picking on the scabs. This can lead to infection and scarring and colour changes. Clean all the wounds with soap and water. eat well. sleep well. This improves your immunity.
Once the lesions start healing make sure you use a sunscreen. so that there are no dark spots left behind.
Remember you are infectious to others who havent got chicken pox. So stay home. Dont go to school.

Its a sickness that is irritating and dangerous so treat it with caution and respect..... Don't go to school cos the same as you got it from your brother all the other kids who still hasn't had chicken pox surely will get it. Then try not to scratch the bumbs cos if it breaks it leave marks on your skin......i know its tough not to scratch but there are some stuff to help you with that......get well soon

You can NOT go to school with Chicken Pox. They are highly contagious. And as you get older they are worse. Especially for boys. So do yourself and your friends a favor and stay home. Have an extra long weekend!!

you really shouldn't go to school, and will probably stay away for at least a week. chicken pox is highly contagious. you'll probably get a fever sometime soon and more, tons of blisters... once those blisters dry up the scabs look terrible. but what ever you do try not to scratch or you'll end up with scars, little holes all over your body.

First of all you do NOT go to school. Second, you take ibuprofen every 4 hours and drink LOTS of liquids. It WILL get worse, especially since you are older.

I don't know how they start, but I can tell you don't itch them 'cause you will get scraps and then get some ointment that your doctor prescripts and that's about it.
