lately, i have not been feeling quite as well. For example: i was playing football in P.E, and I started to feel very ill, and I could barely see. Everything was really blurry, and really bright, like neon. I felt like I was about to faint. I think it might have been heat stroke. Also, I have been really tired lately, with a sore throat, for 2 weeks! My mom said it might have been dehydration but I'm not sure. Please tell me why I feel like this!! Also, can iI stop it by changing my diet, or something? thanks so much! :]

Dehydration would cause near fainting as well as sore throat. Try drinking juices or water for couple of days if your still not felling better for have a fever contact a doctor.

Please go see your doctor. You may have been dehydrated when you were playing football but tiredness and sore throat for 2 weeks could be anemia. You need to get some good health and diet advice from a real doctor.

I have had somthing like that happen. Things dont get neccesarely blury but I feel really lightheaded. For me it is either I have not drank enough water, too much sugar running throug my body, or when I am really nervous or exited. Ther is not really a name for it you just have to figure out what will mak it better. I just and close my eyes, or go to an empty space and I feel better in a while.(most of the time)

Sounds like glandular fever. See your doctor and ask for some blood tests. These will show up the Epstein-Barr virus etc.

It's very hot, if yr in Florida. General speaking, in hot weather proper intake of food and fluid, like water is very, very important. Also, getting enough sleep and rest is important too. Try not too overwork yourself in the hot weather.

You should see a doctor. Could be diet, could be dehydration, could be overexhertion. Could be many things, that's why you should see a doctor.

If I were you I would see a doctor. It is hard to tell by just saying what it is, usually a doctor has to take tests, and such.
