I play DDR, and just recently got a plasma tv. I thought this would be a good thing, but it seems really strange. On my old Tv, the timing would be perfect. On a plasma, there seems to be a slight, 1/4 of a second delay. I just was throwing this question out to see if anyone else has had thier Plasma run a little slow, or if they know why this is happening

Unfortunately it seems to be a flaw of the technology for now. Happens to me too and drives me nuts. I can delay both audio and video for cable but with video games it is happening now not 1/4 second later!

I would not recommend a plasma for game playing. However, even LCD have an image decay time, but the new ones are getting very good, and are probably better than plasmas.
