Ok, if you didn't want a dog with wrinkles you shouldn't have gotten one with wrinkles in the first place. Why would you want to remove them?

Careful ironing? What is the lowest (Delicates) setting you have? I would avoid the use of spray starches, however.
Alternatively, you could gather the excess flesh around the dog's hindquarters, and use a male truss to bind him up, but you may need a doggie sweater to cover this arrangement or else the other dogs will tease him.

You're joking, right? Those dogs are at least $1,000. and they COME with the wrinkles. You CAN'T get rid of them. Make sure you clean them often and well (between the wrinkles) or the dog will smell to high heaven!!

Did you happen to buy a pug? If you did the wrinkles are one of there best features. I have a pug and they are lots of work...be prepared to deal with shedding, other than that they are the best little dogs to have. Mine is like my kid!!!

Awww a Shar-Pei. Those are cool dogs. They are susceptible to skin problems though.

overfeed him; he'll grow into the wrinkles. No seriously......just iron him on a low heat setting.
