Completely, totally, without any doubt or question........UN-AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!! Bilingual ballots are like spit in the eye! They made my people speak and use English, forced them to forget their own language, they sure as hell better expect the same from all others. The day I see a ballot with any other language other than English on it is the day I will be painting my face. They've already pushed too far, but Ballots, that's Waaaay too far.

Puerto Rico is part of the U.S. so she is a citizen. i do no longer understand proper to the VRA bilingual ballots for Puerto Ricans nevertheless. in the event that they circulate to the mainland and that they pick to vote they might desire to develop their English. maximum Puerto Ricans do learn English yet they do no longer somewhat communicate it. In Puerto Rico issues could be bilingual, Spanish/English yet i do no longer see that it particularly is lifelike logistically to might desire to place all ballots into Spanish everywhere there is a minimum of one Puerto Rican.
