I'm not sure but i just want to wish you luck. My ex's sister calls cps on me every time she gets pissed off and you think cps would realize that and stop believing the b***h but they said they have to investigate anyways. I would hire a lawyer and see if he can and then press charges on the person (i don't know the technical term) for making you look bad. Good Luck and lots of patience my ordeal took 9 months and 15 non needed visits to a shrink(who by the way backed me up and knew there was no abuse in the family)

Ive been through the same thing and the social worker should have told you who made the report unless it was annoymous. Take it as a learning experience and know if your a good parent then let it go. You be the bigger person, trust what im saying the bigger you make it the more there going to look into your situation I dont believe theres anything you can do about it.

Once I had to go out for 3 hours.I left at home my children. Then they were Jennifer(12),Robert(9),Kateline(7),John(4),Emma(2).I had a neighbour who wasn't my first friend(if you know what I mean).Somehow he had found that out.I had had instructed the children what to do in emergencies(like if CPS come).Then,30 minutes after I had gone, the neighbour came on the door and asked for me.Jennifer told him 'm in the bathroom, but he might have heard that in the bathroom is quiet. Then he went back home.15 minutes later the CPS came..My children knew what to do.There were 2 men and 1 woman. They told the kids "Open,we are your mother's colleagues"(!!!)Yeah, but my children perfectly knew I work at home on the computer and there were NEVER any colleagues.Robert and Kateline went into the closet in the bedroom and stayed quietly.John went under the bed and hid very successfully and Emma went under the other bed.Jennifer opened the door.Luckily,in our state you can leave a 12-year-old girl alone at home for some hours,so she asked them what do they want. They told her they are CPS and asked about "the other kids".She told them there are no other kids(as I have taken all them and left only her).CPS asked to come in and check but she told them that I have told her not to let unknown people inside the house. They left. The other kids still stayed quiet in their hide-places.She called me on the phone and told me the whole thing. The other kids went our but stayed away from the windows.I got back home 30 minutes later. The kids weren't scared, they thought it was funny to hide from the authority.Later I found out about the neighbour and I told it to my husband. We decided to move house(this neighbour has always done bad things to us and even though I was pregnant,we had to move). We came here, where we live now.So I would say, never trust absolutely the eighbours. If someone calls the CPS,who can know you have left the kids alone?Only someone who saw it.Who can see it?A neighbour!

You don't. CPS doesn't take the names of people who call in reporting abuse/neglect. If you know it was unfounded then you certainly would know the person who did call.

if u advise through risky circumstances is inline with ur childrens then why shouldnt u record her to substantiate ur childrens are at risk-free healthful envoriment. u correct going desire a criminal professional the following and that i'd say money shouldnt metter even as includes seeing ur childrens. so get criminal professional and drag her back to courtroom as choose will come down not ordinary on her for refusal of ur visitation rights. keep diary for all the texts and calls u receive from her, write down date, time and what stated through both facet, this to substantiate u have evidence in courtroom alongside with comments of her not leaving u have ur visitation rights. childrens extremely shouldnt be used as device to punish the different even with if u stated her to CPS as contained in the destiny the youngsters will wade through, not her nor u even with the undeniable fact that the youngsters. so time wrestle not ordinary to regain the rights that are urs! good success.

A call to CPS is always confidential and most people who call, especially maliciously, don't leave their name.
Even anonymous calls (Which most are) have to be investigated by law, there is no recourse for making a false call to CPS..
