when you are look at eachother and both of your heads start tilting towards eachtoher, its like a magical force. you dont know when its going to come but it will be perfect! :o) as long as it was a real first kiss. not just a rushed one

You just know; you feel it's the right time and you wait for HIM to do it. It's not something you should do but he's the one who should take the initiative. By the way, the right time is the time when you cannot hold yourself away from him, your heart beats loudly enough for him to hear it. It does not matter if it is the first or tenth date... it comes natural, you'll see!

Anytime is the right time, well unless you are in church then and only then do you not kiss unless the priest tells you to. He is your boyfriend enjoy his kisses.

Actually there is an appropriate time to do it.
If he is talking or focusing on something = a bad time
Around children... probably a bad time
While he is driving = BAD time.
Cuddling in the movies...thats good.
Going for a walk in the park...good.

If your over 18, anytime is a good time. If your under 18, wait until after you turn 18! There are enough unwed, pregnant teenagers in this country as it is. JUST USE COMMON SENSE, and LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER!!
