15 months, 18 months, 24 months, then yearly.

It is definitely 12 months 15 months 18 months then not til 4 yrs old (time for boosters for school). I have a 3 yr old boy and 11 mth old daughter. I pulled out the shot record and looked. So, those are the definite ages.

When do they NEED an appointment? For shots. That should be at 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, and 24 months. Then they don't need another for a while...

I think it goes 12, 14 months, 18 months and then two years and goes up to three and then four - but don't quote me. I guess I'm wrong. Don't use my answer.

You need to call your doctor and ask them to write you a list of when your baby needs his immunization shots. I have a one year old and I have put it on my refrigerator to remember. It is very important to keep your childs shots up to date.
