First of all I am sorry for the pains and difficulties that you are enduring. Suicide though is not a right it is a choice one makes but that choice is a sin because it is against the will of God. The Book of Job in the Bible speaks about unbelievable suffering and how through that suffering a man stayed true and found strength in and through God. There is at times seemingly more than a human can handle but sometimes it's those times we find salvation and need in a higher authority and know that it's not just us alone. Within your fleshly body there is an inner spirit that was created by God and upon death that spirit is passed into the spiritual world then to face judgment. Who is to say that suicide gets you to a better place? It could be a worse situation, if you aren't ready for it, and there would be no getting away from that or out of that for there is one death and no coming back. I believe that each person is appointed, by God, a time and place to die but a person can kill themselves before that time or through the intervention of another person death happens before that appointed time. The certainty is that one day everyone dies.
The only thing I can tell you is that it does get better in time. Life is like the Ocean. You have periods of High Tide, high stress and difficulties but just as the Ocean has Low Tide days so life has Low Tide times when there is peace and appreciation of life.
You do have people that care .. the people that wrote back to you are proof that people care and that you are worth something. You must though believe that yourself. That you are worth something and life is worth living. I promise it will get better. I promise that.

You have a right to destroy anything you created, but you did not create yourself. See if your Mom or Dad will give you permission? Better yet, tell SOMEONE how you feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are in all this hopelessness and emotional pain because you were born with the ability to have a chemical imbalance in your brain. It happens a lot and can be fixed with a few pills. When the good feeling chemicals are not produced enough then the nerves in your brain experience the shortage and imbalance as the worst, most black, deep as hell hole of pain, pain, pain, overwhelming desire to end it all and you ARE able of killing yourself..and for some reason you do not seek help because you are not thinking straight. Do you know anyone you trust even a little? You are a danger to yourself and you should go tonight to an emergency room. Just walk right in and tell the person at the desk that you are going to kill yourself and tell them how you are planning to do it. If you do not have a plan then you are not serious. Tell them about the pain and they will not send you away even if you have no insurance and do not have a dime with you. They have lots of the medicines that will stop the emotional pain tonight.!!!!!!!! It may take a week or two to completely balance your chemicals so that you are damn glad to be alive, but why die when real help is so close? Have mercy on the poor sucker who will find your dead body and scream and scream and scream and have nightmares for years and .........all the people who knew you will feel guilty that they did not help you and it is all their fault. Maybe one of them will become a drunk trying to get your death out of their mind. ..BUT you never really asked for help..........did you? Call one of them right now and ask them to go with you to the nearest large hospital emergency room and stay with you. At least give them a chance to help. No man is an island...so call someone already. This hopelessness is only a chemical problem. You do not have to die because of that. PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We do all have a limit and none of us know what ours is. Only the creator of this universe who made and formed you knows what you can handle. You can take the test over and over again until you get it right. This is to make you strong and if you were not already working with some strength you would have already given up.
I took your question seriously, so I went and looked at your other questions. This is not the first time you have sought this kind of help, so I'm guessing it's not a joke. It seems that you are looking for some help to make it through this difficult time your facing. I know that no stranger can make it all better but there is hope for you. It will start with your caring enough to do something to take the first step toward healing you. Even if some one else is involved in all this pain you are going through. YOU have to start with YOU. If there are things in your life you don't like that you are doing STOP. It's like a smoker that wants to quit, until they lay down the cigarette and will not pick it up again, they are still smoking. Quiting means QUIT not a little at the time. If it is something that some one else is doing to you, get out until they quit. Then try to work it out. After the healing takes place on both sides. I don't think we should ever give up on each other. We were meant to live in peace and we all have to strive for that.
This is a site that has alot of help with personal issuses we all need to brush up on.

No one have the right to commit a suicide UNDER ANY CONDITION,
1) You always have something to give, energy to use, thoughts to apply and something to believe, so keep it up and don't give it up.
2) Every one in life face problems and every one of us must have a long breath to deal with these problems and pains patiently, life is not easy, but also it deserves living anyway.
3) Every day remember to through out all pains you suffered all over the day before you sleep, so that you can wake up next morning with new hope and remember always that life is not about how thins are but it's all about how you feel it and see it.
4) Remember always that THERE'S ALWAYS A HOPE, so stick to it and let nothing let you give it up.

Suicide is a permanant answer to what may well be a temporary problem.
For what it's worth, many people have felt as you do and have considered ending it all, but for one reason or another decided to stick it out for one more day, and then another, and then another. Years later they looked back on those times from what was, by then, a much better time in their life, and are greatful they decided to give life another chance.
People who actually commit suicide never have that opportunity.
As for suicide being a "right" or not ... it's something that is between you, your Creator, and the people whom you love and who love you. Consider everybody's feelings and needs carefully, because there's no "take-backs" on suicide.
Remember, you never know what tomorrow may bring until you get there.
Peace.

Suicide is only legal in a few places on this earth, so there are likely to be no legal rights where you are.
Spiritually, you have no right to take your own life, unless you are a suicide bomber with ties to the Middle East.
The issues in your life are temporary. They will not last forever.
Lives can turn around in less than a day. Whatever you are going through won't last forever.
It sounds like you are trying to deal with multiple problems all on your own. Reach out for help.
A prayer line.
A pastor if you have one.
A counselor.
If you're in school, try the guidance office.
A trusted close friend.
A trusted family member.
Worse comes to worse, call 911
You don't have to go through this stuff alone.
Reach out. Others have gone through similar things.

1. - NO.
2. - NO.
3. - NO.
4. - NO.
I can not answer this really, but there must be a group of humans that can help. OR at least one? Move back with Mom&Dad or family? Medical or mental pain - see a doctor?
If everyone misunderstood themselves - many would die needlessly - Mr. Hawking, Mr. Reeve, many not famous - these people choose to fight - DAILY, HOURLY. Find short term goals and line them up (like dominoes) and meet them! (Help the person you know meet them)
I can say that I can't force you to live - that is generated from inside, through hope and faith. I hope you can, though.
No human knows if there time is up - only GOD knows.
Living is a group effort - not a solo one.
Get into a group, heck, get into many - then open yourself to others concern, and give and receive trust, faith, hope.

I think that all people have the right to take their own (no one else's) life whenever they please. (not necessarily HOWEVER they want to though, there are some limits there.) However of all of the options/examples that you have given, I only think that I would take my own life if I were in the state that number 2 describes. My best freind's dad did that, it was very sad and it upset a lot of people. Just because I think that it's your decision to kill yourself doesn't mean that I think that it's right, that it's good for anyone else, nor do I encourage it in anyway. I really hope that people will go and get help if they ever feel like taking their own lives, you'll only end up hurting the people you love.

I don't believe that it is right. You still don't know what lies ahead in life. You may be surprised one day when your life turns around. I don't know if it is you that is thinking of these thoughts, and if you are, it is in fact your body and you have control over what you do with it, but when someone does this to themselves, they don't seem to think of all the people they are leaving behind. That is the selfish act to do, I think. When I was a teenager I had such problems like I wouldn't believe,(physical and mental). I put myself in the hospital too many times to remember. Life got better for me, and I would like to believe (I have to believe) that I had something to do with me getting better. When you give up on life, consider the thought that everyone in your life will feel the pain not you. Pain is away of life, when you get through it, everything seems worth it, because you got through. You can go on in life to help others. Like young children of the future. Who really do need people who have been through hell and back.

Urgh. Every problem has a solution.
Emotions can be dealt with. I would suggest a good psychiatrist.
But sometimes people do commit suicide - however emotional pain is usually not a good reason, it can be changed the most easily of anything, and the real danger is that it can make you think that you have no hope when in fact you do.
