QUIT BEING SO SELF-ABSORBED. THE WORLD DOES NOT OWE YOU A THING, AND IT CERTAINLY DOESN'T CATER TO YOU. YOU CHOOSE, AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN FEELINGS.
TRY TO BE PATIENT AND APPRECIATE THAT EACH OF US HAS OUR OWN PERCEPTION, OUR OWN PRIORITIES, OUR OWN AGENDA......AND SOMETIMES THEY CONFLICT WITH ONE ANOTHER.
PRACTICE YOUR EMPATHY SKILLS. WALK A MILE IN SOMEONE ELSE'S SHOES. (MAYBE THAT MANIAC DRIVER THAT CUT YOU OFF AND ZOOMED AHEAD......HAS DIARREAH?) (AND MAYBE THAT CLERK AT THE STORE THAT WAS SNOTTY WITH YOU, JUST GOT IN A FIGHT WITH HER HUSBAND?)
LEARN TO PRESUME THAT THE WORLD IS NOT OUT TO P*SS YOU OFF ON PURPOSE. MR. AND MRS. OBLIVIOUS ARE IN THEIR OWN WORLD, AS YOU ARE. THEY JUST HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA AND IT HAPPENS TO CONFLICT WITH YOURS.
DON'T HAVE A TANTRUM. DEEP BREATH, RELAX, TAKE THE HIGH ROAD. FORGIVE OTHERS FOR THEIR OBLIVIOUSNESS, OR IGNORANCE, TO YOUR AGENDA.
SOMETHING ELSE IS BOTHERING YOU AND THIS IS HOW IT IS LEAKING OUT OF YOU. ARE YOU EXPECTING TOO MUCH FROM YOURSELF? ARE OTHERS? DO YOU FEEL INADEQUATE OR INCOMPETENT? ONLY YOU KOW THIS.
DON'T TRY TO "CONTROL" YOU FEELINGS, BUT RATHER WELCOME THEM, AND BE GRATEFUL TO BE HUMAN. IF NOTHING BOTHERED YOU AT ALL, YOU COULD BE A SOCIOPATH, WHICH LACKS ALL HUMAN EMOTION AND EMPATHY. SOCIOPATHS ARE THE CLOSEST BEINGS TO BEING INHUMAN......
EMOTIONS ARE WAYS TO TELL YOU WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU OR NOT. IF THEY'RE BAD, THEN AT LEAST YOU KNOW THAT SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, AND TO MAKE IT GO AWAY, YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK AT THINGS FROM A DIFFERENT ANGLE.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE "RIGHT" ALL THE TIME. IN FACT, BEING "WRONG" GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN WISDOM.
RELAX, YOU GOT THIS UNDER CONTROL. KEEP IN MIND EXERCISE AND SEX ARE WAYS TO BRING UP LEVELS OF ENDORPHINS........

Can stress be causing it? You really need to take a vacation. You need a break from your normal everyday stufff. Take the time to evaluate your life. Are you where you want to be? Have you reached your goals? Review these things and work on a plan to accomplish them. Tell someone you love them. When you create positive energy, it just keeps flowing.

anger comes from a lot of different areas. stress is one of them...lack of sleep...not getting enuf water or eat an unbalanced diet. all this can change by reversing what i mentioned as well as stop being so stressful. also figure out inside of u what is really bothering u and if its something u need to talk to somebody about then do it. you will feel better and you wont have 2 live a life in anger.

May I suggest you first learn how to spell. After reaching this goal, you will want to work on sentence structure. Once you achieve these two goals, you will feel a lot better.
Best wishes.

Reduce your caffeine and start taking yoga classes.
Also, forgive yourself for not being perfect. We are all human and you are too.
