Do you have access to counseling? It sounds like you could use some help from someone who knows how to deal with the kinds of feelings you are having. Don't worry...the way you are feeling doesn't sound all that weird, but it sounds like you may be past the point of being able to just handle it on your own. And it's no point suffering if you don't have to ! A good counselor could help give you some perspective to get your emotions back on track.

seek out a support system. Talk to counsellors, spiritual healers (no not the kind on tv that claim to heal with the touch of a hand and a prayer), metaphysical healers, psycologists etc.
I AM NOT SAYING TO TAKE PROZAC OR OTHER ALTERING DRUGS. What I do suggest is getting to the route of all this. Is it chemical? Was there trauma? Did something happen to you in your childhood along the lines of abuse or violation? Do you partake in recreational drugs or alcohol abuse? Perhaps you have a social anxiety or disorder such as Autism/FASD/Asbergers etc?
There are a lot of things that could contribute to these feelings, a professional will help you find the root and can provide you with strategies, coping skills, or methods to deal with how you are feeling.
Take care of yourself, honor yourself and be truthful to yourself, happiness is possible, it may not present itself in the way you are used to, but it is possible. I believe that our natural state is to be at peace but there's all this garbage that stands in our way. Remove that crap with a little bit of work and strength (that is inside you, regardless of how helpless you feel, you are strong and you will conquer if you believe you can) you will find your essence, the beautiful, fufilled, and invaluable person that you really are.
Peace

Some people are going to upset you more than others. Try to hang out more around the people who understand you. Try to observe if anything changes as a result of you being upset. You may be overstimulated by too much emotional information in your environment. Forgive yourself for the fact that you may just have an exceptionally anxious reaction to most normal things.

After starting to be a mom i realized there are all sorts of emotional intimacy in life. I continually valued what I had in intimacy yet realized it went a lot deeper than i realized. even although I understood we are all linked and our journey is one journey even if if separate, our memories are one tale if even our personal. we are no longer linked without the first emotional intimacy of a mom. From there we are human, we've the human journey of love and without some intimacy we are no longer experiencing the whole ability of love. no longer that it has to stay on a similar aspect each and every of the time yet our connection to one yet another shapes our journey as there is none, without those connections. no longer a journey that contains love, then, and knowledge of love is standard to a non secular life.

well, everyone goes through that at times. you just have to be more open to yourself. you can just think that everyone's saying the truth about you or just some gossips. so what if they're telling lies about you if you believe in yourself..Ü
