If you have already picked a ship and date, you have backed yourself into a corner for price. First of all the earlier you book the better price you get. The later you book the more likely that all of the lower priced cabins will be sold. Popluar dates and itineraries will sell out and cruise lines will not offer deals or discounts. On the other hand, if you just go to the cruise line web sites and look for specials, you will find them. I go on cruises all the time and that's how I have found good deals.

Beware though, the "advertized" special is generally an inside cabin and the better cabins like those with a balcony will be priced higher. Your best bet to find a good price is book 6 months or more in advance and do not limit yourself to a specific ship and date. Some dates, like Thanksgiving and Christmas, may have the best deals.

Once you find one price you may never find anything lower. There is no place that gets a better deal. Travel agents may cut their commissions to give you a better rate so that you will book with them, but the Cruise lines do not undercut rates for anyone. If you are finding a lower rate than the cruise line it's either a group rate that the TA has or they are cutting their commission.

www.Vacationstogo.com or www.cheapcarribean.com They have last minute cruise prices, anywhere from 15% to 70% off the asking price. you just have to be ready to go last minute, like within a week to a month or so.

You can pick a time when you want off work, take it, and then book a cruise to who knows where??? Bon Voyage!

You can try "google" and type in "Cheap Cruises". There is a website that can help you and it goes by what ports and ships you want. I was thinking of going on one last winter but never did. Someday...

Have fun and "BON VOYAGE"!!

Hello,

Every automated site will have the same price because all of their inventory comes from the same place.
Sites like http://1cheapcruise.com will discount your rate if you've done all the work.

google "cruise critic" and you can get tons of info from that site.

BTW, to answer your question in my case cheapest way was directly book cruise from Disney( NOT thro' travel agent)
