There is no devil, the imagery of the devil was absorbed into Christianity from the Greek God pan and the horned pagan God of the animals.
Of course there is a devilish mentality and when that devilish mentality manifests through the types of postings that have prompted your response, it simply displays an under developed fundamental level of education and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

the traditional image of the christian devil is a takeoff on a pagan god in the first place. religious images are handed down as new religiions take over old ones. anyway, they look like hindu gods. you're just not used to the look of them i guess. and i find it hard to imagine anyone that cannot look at a photo of another religions' gods. knowlege of what else there is in the world doesn't pollute your brain.

I'm Hindu.. which God do you think looks like a devil? Ganesha? He is the God of Wisdom. Shiva is the Destroyer of Evil, Vishnu is the Preserver of Life and Brahma is the Creator. None of those 4 are devils.

You are correct - None of these pictures look like "the devil" .
People see something and make a judgement - never READING any words to KNOW what is correct.

ok those idiots should get their facts right before they speak about hinduims. hinduism is monothestic, i don't if there's lord shive and lord ganeesh and alot if them there is only one god. god appear in fifteen know forms ( ram, krishna, bramha, etc) and lord shiva and ganeesh and durga and the rest of them are dewtas and for those idiots who can't tell the difference, it's similar to angels (you know like in christianity) it's time people know what they're talking about before the say something about religion!
